About Your Airline Tickets
What will I receive
and when will I receive it?
Shortly after placing your first call, you will receive your Reservation Request
Voucher, entitling you to 2 free round trip airline tickets. You can also redeem
your Voucher by using the link to our Redemption Center which you will find in
your registration confirmation email. The voucher will contain all pertinent
information regarding this offer, including a customer service number for any
questions. Simply complete the form and return
it as instructed. Once the Reservation
Request Voucher is validated, Spirit Travel will then
issue
a valid
Reservation Request Form. This vacation offer expires 1 year from date
of issue and travel must be completed before expiration date.
What do I
do when I receive my reservation request form?
When you have
received your Reservation Request Form, you must select two valid
dates, mail it in at least 60 days in advance of earliest departure
date and all dates must have at least 30 days between choices.
What are the terms
and conditions of the offer?
This program provides you with a set of round trip airfares to one of the destinations
listed below, with the purchase of five (5) to ten (10) night's accommodations
at a participating hotel. Hotel accommodations package must be purchased through
Spirit Travel. Travelers under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent,
relative or guardian 25 years or older.
Where can I go?
Destinations include Orlando, FL; Anaheim, CA; Daytona Beach, FL; Las Vegas,
NV; Honolulu, HI; Bahamas; Mexico; Sandals Resorts Jamaica; Royal Caribbean
and Carnival Cruises. Check your Reservation Request Voucher for additional
destinations.
What airports can
I depart from?
You may request to depart from most major U.S. airports once your Reservation
Request Form has been validated.
How far in advance
must I book my trip?
Please allow at least 60 days' advance notice for your reservations. Some restrictions
or blackouts apply during Holidays. Cancellation fees may apply. Please read
the Free Airline Tickets Offer's Terms and Conditions for specific blackout
dates and cancellation provisions. All of this information is included on your
Reservation Request Voucher along with a customer service number if you have
any questions.
How long is the
minimum night stay?
The minimum nights vary from
5-10 nights. The minimum night stay is based on your departing airport
and your vacation destination. The Reservation Request Voucher provides
complete information on hotels and room rates, along with a customer
service number if you have any questions.
Can I fly a specific
carrier?
You can request the carrier you wish to fly, but there are no guarantees that
you will be able to get that carrier based on departure or arrival dates, times
or airport.

it as instructed. Include a $50.00 good faith refundable deposit in
U.S. dollars in the form of a check, money order or cashiers check.
Deposit will be returned 30 days after travel is completed by contacting
Spirit Travel via telephone or mail. Your deposit will not be refunded
if you fail to appear on a confirmed reservation. Once the Reservation
Request Voucher is validated, Spirit Travel will then
issue
a valid
Reservation Request Form. This vacation offer expires 1 year from date
of issue and travel must be completed before expiration date.
Where can
I stay?
You'll be entitled to stay at a Holiday
Inn Express hotel located at various locations across the US including
the Victoria Inn in Freeport, Bahamas.
How do
I make reservations?
The materials you receive
will contain helpful, detailed instructions for making reservations,
including how to select destinations and dates. There will also be
a
phone number provided for assistance.
Are there any restrictions?
Reservations cannot be made on major holidays for a full 7 days before
and after major holidays. Major holidays include New Year's Day, President's
Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day,
Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. The offer cannot be used in conjunction
with any other vacation offer or travel certificate, and is non-transferable.
This offer expires one year from date of issuance, and travel must
be
completed before the expiration date.

As long as you are 18 years old or older and duly
authorized by the telephone account owner to make changes to and/or
incur charges on the telephone account provided, simply enter the
appropriate information on our secure server. Once your telephone
billing information has been processed, you'll be emailed everything
you need to start making low-cost long distance calls today!

What is a confirmed registration?(back to top)
When you submit
your order, Save4Less will process the information you have entered.
Once this is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to you
confirming your sign up information.

How does the calling plan work? (back to top)
Upon signing up on our secure server for the plan,
you will be emailed your personalized welcome package. This package
will contain your Permanent PIN, and all the information you need
so you can start taking advantage of these low rates right away
from any touch-tone phone in the continental U.S. - even a cell
phone or pay phone. To place a call using your new Save4Less account,
you simply dial a toll-free access number, enter your PIN, and
then dial the number you wish to call. It's that simple. In the
event you find yourself with unused Save4Less calling plan minutes,
they cannot be carried over so you are urged to use them. Remember,
there are never any long-term contracts, no switching long distance
carriers, no special connection fees or hidden charges of any kind.

There is no need to purchase additional minutes.
Use Save4Less as much as you wish and any additional minutes used
beyond the "Plan" minutes will be billed the same low
rate of 4.9 cents.

Are there any hidden fees? (back to top)
Absolutely not! Save4Less will NOT charge you any
activation fees, connection charges, or any cancellation fees.
You pay just one low monthly charge for your long distance plan,
for calls within the Continental U.S.A.. You are responsible for
government mandated taxes and payphone surcharges.

How does the "Complimentary 1500 Minutes" offer work? (back to top)
It's really quite simple. As a Save4Less customer,
we'll give you 1500 minutes of long distance calling within the
Continental U.S.A. with our compliments. Continental U.S.A. does
not include
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVI, Guam, or Siapan. You'll automatically
receive 500 of your 1500 complimentary minutes for use during your
first
month and then 100 more of your complimentary minutes each month
for 10 months -- as long as you are an active customer. All Complimentary
minutes are in addition to the minutes included in your plan. Minutes
can not be carried over to the following month.

Your charges will clearly appear on your local telephone
bill on the USBI bill page as being billed on behalf of MainStreet
Telephone. Eligibility for this
calling plan is restricted to pre-approved LEC outclearing areas
only. If you are not in one of these areas, your registration will
not be confirmed. Any additional minutes used beyond the standard
plan minutes will be billed at the rate plan of $.049 per minute.
