Mainstreet Telephone Company will bill you 4.9 cents per minute for each minute of long distance calling you make within the Continental U.S. using the toll-free access number after the first 284 minutes, except that you will not incur additional charges for 500 minutes used after that initial 284 minutes in the first month of service, or for 100 minutes used after the initial 284 minutes in each of the ten months thereafter.
