Destinations and Accommodations.  This program provides you with a complimentary five nights or longer cruise. You can choose the cruise lines, such as Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian or Princess, and the itineraries and the cabin style you desire. Check your Reservation Request Voucher for additional cruise lines available.

Requirements to Obtain Complimentary Cruise Cabin. Purchase your cruise for two for five nights or longer through Spirit Incentives at the cruise line's published list price and your companion's cabin fare is free. This award is based on double occupancy and includes your stateroom, all on board meals and snacks, complimentary 24-hour room service, a wide range of entertainment and international destinations. The Reservation Request Voucher will provide complete information along with a customer service number if you have any questions.

Taxes, Fees, and Surcharges. Vacationers are responsible for charges incurred in excess of this offer, including but not limited to taxes, transportation, non-commissionable fares, fees and surcharges. You are responsible for any taxes and surcharges on cruise fares. This may include any passenger facility charges, destination taxes, fuel and security surcharges and inspection and US customs fees where applicable. You are also responsible for Port charges, non-commissionable fees, government taxes and gratuities.  

How to Redeem.  Before you begin to process your vacation, it is very important that you follow the instructions below in order to achieve the fastest service possible. This program provides the recipient with one complimentary cabin with the purchase of a qualifying cabin package through Spirit Incentives. To receive the complimentary cabin you must purchase a five nights or longer cruise through Spirit Incentives at the published list price and your companion’s cabin fare is free. Full Payment must be made via major credit card at the time of confirmation. Shortly after registering in the Save4Less calling plan, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for obtaining your Reservation Request Voucher entitling you to 1 free cruise cabin. Or, upon placing your first Save4Less call, you will automatically be mailed your Reservation Request Voucher.

Step 1) Complete and mail your certificate to Spirit Incentives, 2455 E. Sunrise Blvd., Suite Mezzanine, Ft. Lauderdale,FL 33304, with a $50.00 good faith refundable deposit in U.S. dollars in the form of a check, Money Order, or Cashiers Check made payable to Spirit Incentives. Deposit will be returned 30 days after travel is completed by contacting Spirit Incentives via telephone or mail (California residents will receive their deposit prior to travel). Your deposit will not be refunded if you fail to appear on a confirmed reservation. Documents are sent approximately two weeks prior to your cruise. Please check them to make sure all names and information are correct. You will need to present proof of citizenship along with your documents in order to board the ship. Embarkation times vary with each vessel. This information will be provided on your documentation.

Step 2) Once you have registered the certificate, you may call Spirit Incentives and speak with one of their cruise consultants. To reserve your cruise, advise them of your first and second choice of travel date, the departure city, and the ship you are interested in sailing. Be sure to provide the legal names of travelers as proof of citizenship is required to board the vessel.

Step 3) Purchase your cruise for two through Spirit Incentives at the cruise line’s published list price and your companion’s cabin fare is free. Should the two for one offer not be available for your desired sail date, or should you find a lower rate from any other source, a $50 per person discount will be applied to cruise lines best available rate when booked through Spirit Incentives ($100 limit per cabin).

 

Terms and Conditions

1) Offer valid for 12 months from issue date.

2) Once reservations have been confirmed, full payment must be made within 7 days.

3) Thirty (30) days advance notice is required for reservations. Reservations with less than 30 days advance notice will be subject to an expedition fee of $75 and availability.

4) This certificate is valid only on cruises of five nights or longer.

5) A $50 cancellation penalty will apply from the time of confirmation up to and including 60 days prior to sailing. From 60 days to day of departure, cruise lines’ cancellation policy will apply. We recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance.

6) This certificate cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. Only one certificate per stateroom. This offer is valid in US Dollars only and may be withdrawn without notice. Original certificates only, no photocopies or facsimiles. This certificate is not redeemable for cash and has no cash value. The certificate cannot be used to pay for incidental or any other expenses incurred by the guest. This includes above exemptions and any onboard purchases, shore excursions, alcoholic beverages, gambling and spa services. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with receipt or use of the certificate is the recipient’s responsibility. Affiliates reserve the right to substitute ports, change itineraries or substitute ships on all itineraries.

7) Certificate may not be valid where prohibited by law. Cruise passage is subject to the terms and conditions of passage stated on the contract ticket enclosed in final documents. By redeeming this certificate, the recipient agrees to be bound by all such terms and conditions.

8) Spirit Incentives and affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged certificates. No verbal agreement accepted.

9) This offer is for cruise only. Airfare allowances do not apply and cannot be used in conjunction with this award.

10) Spirit Incentives and affiliates do not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense or inconvenience, not for loss, injury, death or damage to any persons or property at any hotel or on aircraft/ship, or in transit to and from said hotel/aircraft/ship, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, acts of war or God.

11) This offer is acknowledged by affiliates but is neither sponsored nor endorsed by them. Fulfillment of this program is the sole and exclusive obligation of Spirit Incentives.

12) Guests are required to be 21 years old to travel for the cruise option. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied in the same stateroom by a parent, relative or guardian 25 years or older.

13) Spirit Incentives will make every effort to accommodate one of your travel dates but reserves the right to offer alternative travel dates or discount offer when necessary.

14) Spirit Incentives assumes no responsibility for any verbal written representation made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this offer.

SPIRIT INCENTIVES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUE THIS CRUISE FOR ONE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE. AIRFARE IS NOT INCLUDED BUT AVAILABLE THROUGH SPIRIT INCENTIVES.
